How are limited edition prints produced and authenticated?

Each giclée print is produced directly in our Austin studio using Lucia PRO archival pigment inks on 310gsm Somerset Velvet 100% cotton rag paper. Editions are strictly capped (typically 50–75 copies worldwide), hand-numbered, embossed with the Sailaway seal, and accompanied by an official signed Certificate of Authenticity.

What is the shipping time and packaging for original oil paintings?

Original oil paintings are insured for 100% of their collector value and packed in custom foam-insulated wooden crates or heavy reinforced art boxes. Shipments within the continental United States typically arrive within 3–6 business days via dedicated art courier. International white-glove transit is also available.

Can I commission a custom painting for my home or corporate space?

Yes. Christine Johnson accepts a limited number of private and corporate landscape, cityscape, and architectural commissions each year. You can secure a slot through the "Custom Commissions" deposit in our shop or contact Christine directly at cjoynow@earthlink.net .
